What you buy
Access to the Texas Peace Officer Prep web app for the Texas peace officer licensing examination. The price is $19 a month. A monthly subscription. Stripe charges this amount each month until you cancel. Cancellation stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the paid month. Access covers every topic in the workspace, including content updates made while your subscription runs.
Stripe is the merchant of record for your payment: it takes the payment, sends the receipt, and calculates, collects and remits any indirect tax. Sales tax is added at checkout where your state charges it and is shown before you pay. Your statement shows the charge as "LINK.COM*" followed by the product name.

Access codes
An access code is personal to the buyer. Sharing a code can lead to its withdrawal without refund.
Immediate digital access
When you tick the immediate-access box and continue to payment, you ask for immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that immediate supply ends the statutory cancellation right for that content where one applies. The refund policy still applies.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, and our total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid for the product. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
We can change these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when you buy apply to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
